One thought on “Who would Katniss Everdeen vote for?”
Well argued.
I might’ve made the comparison of Trump with President Snow and Clinton with President Coin. The former represents the disgusting excess of the Capitol, while the latter does represent an attempt to present a just counter-narrative…while being differently corrupt. Katniss, perhaps, represents the possibility of rejecting both (while both attempt to co-opt her) and opening the possibility of a third way of doing politics. Maybe as resistance to all corruption? Possibly as a type of “negative” politics?
