  1. Unable to download the book outside the States; is it possible to get a pdf-copy or similarly, which can be read on ipad/computer?

    • Hi Hald,

      We only had space to add the one Kindle link, but you should be able to find it on other Amazon platforms (i.e. Amazon.co.uk) and download it from there. Even if you don’t have a kindle, there’s a free app that will allow you to read it on any device/computer.
